Happy Mother's Day and Wish all Mothers of the past and present to achieve the Path of Liberation.
Wish and Bless for all of our Mothers of 6 Realms to gain the Merits from Good Deeds of their children of different worlds who practice Loving Kindness and Compassion to achieve Universal Wisdom to transfer for them.
To show Respect for our Mother and want to REPAY our DEBT to them, we have to live according to Buddha's teaching. This can lead ourselves out of the NET of Ignorance and can help "teach" our Mother to understand the Path of Liberation. Only by Ending Desire can we END THE CYCLE OF REINCARNATION - No more return to the Womb of Human and Animal.

Half of the year pass by like the wind come and gone. After sending the Burnt Girl Davy back to her homeland Cambodia, I learn alot from some Religious countries - they do not know how to live and respect Universal Law “Precept” to lead us to have RIGHT VIEW and Right Livelihood for the Path of Liberation, that can help gain the outer and inner Merit for ourselves, country and beings.
From Phnom Penh, I rushed to Lao because one of my old "Mekhao" Nun the time has come to Change Vehicle, "VIP - Very Impermanent Person". But after seeing me, her confidence & strength build back and she can continue her breath to build more Merit before she departs, like 2 years ago, when the King's Monk, Sangharaja “Phra Vichit”of Lao time to depart but after I bless and pray, He survived for another 11 months.

This 3 weeks in Lao, a Buddhist country and people here are so calm and kind, but just a few are so DUMB that they bring BAD name for the Nation. Like 2 days ago, so many police and government officials came to our Temple because they want to return our 6 Passports after taking them away 3 weeks ago, that means LOCKING all monks and nun from 4 countries under Temple Arrest, "Mind Prison". But I teach them the lesson by not accepting their return of our Passports because they use JUNGLE LAW and insist they return to our embassies.
I ask myself which Century is this, 21st or did our planet develop all Forest? Even our ancestors live with Rule and Discipline, not the Jungle Law like past 3 weeks when I have been treated so BAD. The world has so much IQ and EQ but LACK of SQ “Spiritual”, that is why our Mother Earth cannot BEAR, causing many disasters to continue in last 12 years and warning that on 21 – 12 – 2012 there will be a Big SHOCK coming if human Morals Collapse.
The UN and leaders of Religion and nation talk of Human Rights, but the Monk who Build Temple of “Loving Compassion" is not allowed to stay in His shelter “Temple” when He is there to visit and care for His sick student! Lao is a Buddhist country yet the officers are Scared and worry about the 3 TRUE NOVICE MONKS and retain their Passports! They are only 12 and 13 years old yet they Strictly Keep 10 Precepts and show they are not Hungry for MONEY and sit down to eat one VEGETARIAN MEAL each day, why are the officers not Scared of Desire and Delusion? More than that, without our Passports, how can we go to another country for treatment if any of the 6 members of Sangha is sick, like how I had to send Burnt Girl, Davy Lim to Vietnam and Singapore for treatment as Cambodia is lacking in Medical care.
I greatly appreciate and thank the Embassy of Australia for their assistance to get back our Passports from the local government and returning to us. I hope the local government will not take Revenge by denying us the renewal of our Visa if Mekhao does not depart. If they try to make trouble again, Mother Earth cannot BEAR the weighty Kamma "Sin" of such ugly act against the True Monk.
10 days ago my old Mekhao had to return to Udon Thani Thailand for medical check up and I have NO PASSPORT to go with her to give my heart full of support. Some nights I ask myself where is our Human Rights, do we human have true human morals or are we only like the tree with “4 Element” But the mind and heart in 3 Misery Realm? I share some pictures of our children that are so Scary when "big brothers" use JUNGLE LAW for their profit, like produce Wepons to kill and destroy mother Earth and her children.
For the benefit of the country, other nations and world citizens, I have to deliver the TRUTH and hope the government and officers will realize and change to build back their Morality. Truth hurts no one but the Ignorant.
Yesterday Australian Embassy sent officers to meet me and unbelievable, after they leave, I can hear the story of the GREAT MONK in China "Truong Lao Hu Van" (Hsu Yun) when I search in NET, the way HE shows NO FEAR of DEATH by His Inner Power with great teaching. I have asked my student to send this letter to you as my Internet is not working at the moment.
I am Australian Monk traveling with me are: 1 Indonesian Novice, 2 Cambodian Novices and 2 Vietnamese, one Nun and a lay person.
We arrived Lao on 17/4/12 from Phnom Penh, because my Mekhao(Nun) is very sick and may pass away anytime.
After we arrived Vientiane, the Abbot from my Monastery brought our Passports to the government office to register as all foreigners staying at the Monastery need to be registered. Our Passports were taken away by the Local government till now. They want to return to us today but we don't know what they have done with our Passports and worry they may have used for WRONG purpose like carrying something illegal like drugs or used our identity to commit crime or break the law so we want them to certify that our Passports were held by them for the past 3 weeks and we are not liable for anything during the period when our passports are not in our possession. They have to take full responsibility if anything goes wrong.
The 3 Novices are only 12 and 13 years old. If someone make use of their Passports for wrong livelihood, that can bring BAD name for Buddhist Monks because some Buddhist countries respect Monks and give way when they cross border into another country.
As for myself, I can DIE for the TRUTH like JESUS, but we cannot allow our children's future to be ruined through no fault of theirs...that can Damage our human virtue. That is why I did not accept their return of our 6 Passports by their Jungle Law, and I BEGGED them to return our Passports to our respective Embassies with full guarantee that for the past 3 weeks, all passports were with them and have not been used by anyone.
"From now till the day I leave Lao, if anything happens to us, they have to take full responsibility."

The Buddhists will be celebrating 2556th Vesak Day on the 5-6th May 2012. On this Memorial Day, we pay tribute to our Great Teacher (Gautama Buddha) and express our gratitude for His Birth, Enlightenment, Turning the Dhamma Wheel and Maha-Nirvana.
佛友们将在五月五至六日庆祝2556年卫赛节。在这纪念日，我们礼敬本师释迦牟尼佛以及感恩佛陀在人间的出生、觉悟、转法轮与入般涅槃。
On behalf of the Ngoc Tam Vihara at Vientiane, we invite monks, nuns and devotees to join our celebration and pay respect to the Father of all beings who showed borderless love and compassion. His appearance is like a torch which shows us the way to get out of this dark and sinful world. He led us out of the sea of suffering and the net of desire.

We will organize two days of celebration (5th to 6th May) for this occasion. All Buddhists are welcome to practice Eight Precepts and Short-Term Ten Precepts Ordination during these two days. This will plant the seed of liberation in the garden of impermanence. It is the best way for us to achieve enlightenment as the Buddha said: “By relying on Precepts, it will give rise to concentration and reach the wisdom of the cessation of suffering.”

There were so many disasters in this decade and many agree that there will be more calamities in future. This is because of the lack of morality of humanity. Our morality is at the edge of “bankruptcy”. The Devas and Protectors of the four corners of this world are unable to function now. On this Vesak day, we will rebuild the foundation of morality by upholding Precepts so as to protect our Mother Earth and to plant the seed of Loving Compassion and Peace for Maitreya Buddha to come.
在这十年，我们面临了好多灾难。很多人都相信更多的灾难会到来。这都是因为人类道德的没落。几乎是来到了“无德”的状况。龙天护法已无能为力了。在这卫赛节，我们以持戒的力量来重振人类道德，拯救地球，种下慈悲的种子来迎接弥勒佛的到来。
We request all monks, nuns and devotees to focus on Precepts. The Sangha, who are the Teacher of Human and Devas, must uphold at least ten Precepts. Lay people must keep five Precepts and must have a good understanding of Precepts for Sanamera, Bhikkhu and Bhikkhuni. This will prevent the lay people from destroying the Dhamma unintentionally. When they have a better understanding, they will be able to differentiate true practitioners from the fake (plastic) ones. They will not be misled by “Cobra” monks who give evil teachings.
我们要求四众弟子严持戒律。生为天人师的僧团至少要守十戒。在家众要守五戒并且明了出家众所受的沙弥戒，比丘戒比丘尼戒。这将避免在家众无意中破坏佛法。在他们更加明了时，他们也能分辨如法与不如法的僧人。不会被不如法的僧人误导。
If we can practice the Precepts strictly, Dhamma Protectors will come and protect human and Mother Earth. Many disasters and epidemics can be avoided. Even if it is the era of the end of Dhamma, Precept is still the most powerful way to protect our body and mind.
如果我们能够严持戒律，龙天护法会再来保护我们以及地球。也能避免很多天灾与瘟疫。即使是在末法时期，戒律对于护持我们身心还是很有益的。
On behalf of the Vihara, we invite all monks, nuns and devotees to come for this celebration. We will offer the fragrance of five-part Dhamma Body containing the following five virtues: morality, concentration, wisdom, liberation and liberated insight. Let the fragrance reach every corner.

Some religions claim that they have many followers. Some declare to have a billion followers and another say that a third of the population is their followers. If they are aware of the vastness of our universe, these numbers are insignificant. It is like a drop of water divided into hundred portions compared with the amount of water in four oceans.
有些教会说他们有很多跟随者。有十亿个，也有说三分之一的人类信仰他们的教。如果他们知道宇宙的广大，这些数目都微不足道。就像是一滴水的百分之一和四大洋的水来对比。
With today’s information network and technology, the greatest Mathematician is unable to know the number of beings being born and die on this planet daily, not to mention about counting the number of people who enter into Paradise.
以今天的科技和资讯网络，最有名的数学家也无法计算在这地球上每天有多少生物诞生和死亡。更何况要计算每天有多少众生生到极乐世界。
All sentient Beings, including little insects and mosquitoes, have Buddha Nature. Buddha showed us the Path of Liberation to realize our Buddha Nature. We are all Buddhists regardless of our religions, sects or traditions. We must uphold the Universal Law - Precepts. I hope that we can all find our “Heart of Love”. Do not follow man-made religions which lead us to be greedier! We are all victims of Ignorance. Even Saddam Hussein, Osama Bin Laden and W Bush are also the victims of desire, power and fame. Let our Ignorance “die”. When the Truth is born, it is Vesak Day.
一切众生包括昆虫与蚊子都有佛性。佛陀指引我们解脱的道路来证悟我们的佛性。不论我们是属于任何宗教、宗派、或传统，我们都是有佛性的佛友。我们要严守宇宙的法则 – 戒律。我希望我们能找回我们“博爱之心”。不要跟随会使我们更加贪婪的人为宗教。我们都是无知的受害者。乌萨玛·本·拉登、萨达姆·侯赛因及布斯都是欲望、权威与名望的受害者。让我们的无明“死亡”。当真理诞生时就是卫赛日。

年佛诞信息

与真理同住！
The Bodhisattva came from the Tusita Heaven to help sentient beings to get out of three misery realms. He was born in the Lumbini Garden as Prince Siddhartha of Shakya Kingdom. Even though he had all kinds of enjoyment in the palace, he knew that it was like drinking the sea water – can never end his thirst. One night, he decided to leave the palace to search for the Truth.
菩萨在兜率天来人间协助众生脱离三恶道。祂就是在蓝比尼花园出生的释迦族的悉达多太子。虽然祂在皇宫里享尽了荣华富贵，但是祂知道这就像喝入海水而无法解渴的。终于在一个夜晚，祂离开了皇宫去寻求真理。
He learned from many teachers but found that even they could not get out of the six realms. He spent 49 days under a tree and was enlightened. He discovered the Truth within and commanded the “builder” (Mr. Desire) not to build “home” (Desire, Hatred and Ignorance) anymore. He had achieved the stage of homelessness (out of the three realms – Desire, Form and Formless).
祂跟随了几个老师但发现他们并没有办法脱离六道轮回。最后祂在菩提树下证道发觉到本有的真理。并且命令“塑造者”（贪欲）不要再建立“家”（贪、嗔、痴）。祂已证到“无家”（出离三界）的境界了。
For the next 45 years, Buddha went to many places to preach peace, loving compassion and wisdom. He showed the Path of Liberation and many of His students achieved Arahant-hood. At the age of 80, Buddha passed away between two Sala trees and entered Maha-Nirvana. He passed down a very important message “Do not think that I am not with you when I leave this physical body. My Dhamma Body (Vinaya and Dhamma) is always with you. Whoever observes the Vinaya observes Me (the Truth); Whoever sees the Dhamma sees Me (the Truth)” (Matthew 10:34)
在下来的四十五年，佛陀到处去弘扬和平、慈悲与智慧。祂指出一条解脱的道路引导了很多学生都证到阿罗汉的果位。在八十岁时，祂在两颗萨拉树下入般涅盘。祂留下了一个重要的信息: “不要以为我离开了这色身就把你们给舍弃了。我的法身（戒律与佛法）永远和你们同住。以戒为师、见法则见如来。” （玛窦福音第十章第三十四节）
After Buddha’s Maha-Nirvana, there were some changes in His teaching. Students who followed His distorted teaching could not gain the fruit of Liberation. Some even used His teaching to build up another religion based on blind faith (Buddhism with many sects and traditions such as Mahayana, Theravada and Varjayana). It was not Buddha’s intention. Jesus also came to this world not to build up a religion. But unfortunately, His students developed Catholicism, Orthodoxy, and Protestantism within Christianity.
在佛陀入灭后，祂的教导有些已经误传了。跟随非正法的学生已无法证到果位。有些甚至于利用祂的教导设立迷信的佛教宗教信仰（各立门户并则设立了南传、北传于藏传佛教）。这都不是佛陀的本意。耶稣基督来这世间也没有设立宗教信仰。但很可惜的祂的学生却创办了天主教、正教會与基督教新教。
I hope that all Buddhist followers do not make use of this Vesak Day to engage in commercial activities and convert temples into market places. Temples cannot be changed to markets! Dhamma is not a commodity for trading! There is nothing to sell or to buy. We receive nothing and give nothing (Matthew 10.9-14). I was very hurt when I saw a monk in Singapore selling food in Ngee Ann City Civic Plaza on last year’s Vesak Day. Vesak Day is the day to remind us to practice Buddha’s teaching earnestly so that we can get out of the sea of Samsara. It is not the day for us to engage in worldly activities. Even we gain so much power, wealth and fame, we are still struggling in the sea of Desire. We must learn to “Sell” (give up) our Desire, Hatred and Ignorance.
我希望佛友们不要在卫赛节把寺院道场变成做生意买卖的市场。寺院道场是不可变成市场的。佛法并不是一件商品！不可买卖的。施者无施、受者无受。（玛窦福音第十章第九-十四节）在去年的卫赛节，我在义安城广场看到一位僧人在那推销食品。使得我感到心痛。在这神圣的节日，我们应该提醒我们更加精进的去实践佛陀的教导以便能够出离苦海。并不是利用这个节日来从事于世间的杂物。即使我们赢得权力、财富与名望，我们还是无法脱离贪欲的苦海。我们必须“卖出”（舍弃）我们的贪嗔痴三毒。
The birth of Truth did not happen only to Buddhas in the past, it will happen to the future Buddhas too. On this Vesak day, I also hope that all monks and nuns can keep at least Ten Precepts and the lay people can keep Five precepts. Especially the fifth Precept, which is to abstain from consuming intoxicants. Breaking this Precept will have to suffer in the hell.
真理不单单在过去佛才会诞生。一样的在未来佛也会有真理的诞生。在这卫赛节我希望所有僧人能持至少十戒，而在家居士能持五戒。尤其是第五条“不饮酒”戒。破了这条戒将会在地狱受苦。
With this message, I hope that for the next 10 years, whoever is using religion and holy places such as temples, churches and mosques for wrong purpose has to be crackdown. Let these “holy” places which are engaging “unholy” activities be auctioned so that the Teaching of Buddha, Jesus, Saints and Sages can be alive on earth again.
通过这个信息，我希望在未来的十年，任何利用宗教在神圣的地方如寺院道场、教堂与清真寺进行非神圣的项目都被拍卖。这才能使得佛陀、耶稣与一切圣众的教导得以在世上流传。

Matthew 10.9 Do not carry any gold, silver, or copper money in your pockets; 10 do not carry a beggar's bag for the journey or an extra shirt or shoes or a stick. Workers should be given what they need. 11 “When you come to a town or village, go in and look for someone who is willing to welcome you, and stay with him until you leave that place. 12 When you go into a house, say, ‘Peace be with you.’ 13 If the people in that house welcome you, let your greeting of peace remain; but if they do not welcome you, then take back your greeting. 14 And if some home or town will not welcome you or listen to you, then leave that place and shake the dust off your feet.

13 Years Old Prince Not Want To Speak - 太子慕魄经
With Truth!
与真理同住！
We need to build our inner and outer merits. We must work hard and practice the TRUE VINAYA (PRECEPT) – DHAMMA (SUTRA) and do GOOD DEEDS.
我们必须修功德与福报。要精勤地学习正法与戒律。并且要行善。
But if we do not concentrate, our Bank of Merits can be BURNED OR COLLAPED just like the story of the 13 years old Prince who did not want to SPEAK. He was afraid because in his past life, when he was a king, he agreed to slaughter animals for his guests.
如果我们不专注，我们会损福。就像佛所说的这个十三岁王子不说话的故事。因为他在过去世为王时杀害众生来设宴。

闻如是：
一时，佛在舍卫国祇洹阿难邠坻阿蓝。
时，佛语诸比丘：“我身宿命为波罗奈国王作太子，名曰慕魄；始生有异，颜貌端正，绝无双比。自识宿命，无数劫事，所更善恶，罪福受报，寿夭好丑；没此生彼，所从来生，皆悉知见。年十三岁，闭口不言。
“王唯有此一子耳，举国人民皆重爱之，当继后嗣袭续王位；然以追识宿命，亿载存亡祸福，故质不语至十三岁，捐弃形骸，志存虚无，漂漂不说，饥寒恬淡，质朴意如枯木——虽有耳目，不存视听；智虑虽远，如无心志；不畏污辱，亦无憎爱；若盲若聋，不说西东；状如蒙瞆，不与人同。
“父王忧虑，甚用患苦，深耻邻国，恐见陵嗤。因呼国中诸婆罗门问之：‘此子何故不能言语乎？’婆罗门相视言：‘此子恶人也，虽面目端正殊好，内怀不亲；观相默默，欲害父母，危国灭宗，将至不久，不可畜养。既不能语，当何益王耶！今王了不复生子者，皆是恶子所防固也，是使大王不复生子耳。王宜弃捐，当生埋之。尔乃王身可全，保国安宗，然后更得生贵子耳；不者甚危！’
“王信狂愚，谓为审然。即用愁忧，坐起不宁，伎乐不御，服美不甘。则与长者、大臣共议之云：‘如之何？或有臣言，远弃深山无人之处；或有臣言，投沉深水。’有一臣言：‘当如师语，但作深坑，傍入如室，给与资粮、侍以五仆，生置其中。从命所如，空刓绝之为。’
“王即随此臣所言，即晨遣仆，故出埋之。太子心内悲感，伤其愚惑，矜慜无量。其母怜哀，心为伤绝，言：‘我无相生子，薄命乃值此殃，痛断我肠。’哽噎涕泣，悲怀喐吚，感恋靡逮。事不得已，俯仰放舍，遣人载出，当埋弃之。悉取太子所有衣被、璎珞、珠宝，皆用送之。
“复使于外，尽脱取其衣被、珠宝，持著一面，因共作坑。作坑未竟，慕魄独于车上，深自思惟，心与口语：‘今王以下及人民，皆共谓我为审聋痴哑不能语也；吾所以不语者，正欲舍世缘，安身避恼，济神离苦耳，今反当为诳诈所危。’既没身命，陷堕彼人，便默自取衣被、珠宝持去。作坑人辈，不觉慕魄取物去。
“时，慕魄则到水边，净自洗浴，以香涂身，悉取衣被、璎珞著之，到坑问曰：‘作坑何施？’其仆对曰：‘国王有子，名曰慕魄，喑哑聋痴，年十三岁，不能言语。王问婆罗门，婆罗门师白言：“当生埋之，尔乃安吉全国荣宗，利后子孙，以用是故。”我等作坑，欲埋慕魄。’慕魄即曰：‘我则是太子慕魄也。’人即惊悚，衣毛为竖，驰走往趣，视其车上，不见慕魄；还至坑所，谛熟观察，听闻言语，绝有异声，光景如月，世所希闻；动其左右，行者为止，坐者为起，飞鸟走兽，皆来会聚，伏太子前，听太子语。
“慕魄又曰：‘观我手足，察我形容，云何群迷诳诈所惑，以谬为谛，生相捐弃？’发意所陈，言成文章，左右惶敬，已咸惶露，上合下同，靡不顺从。其仪大惶，征营悚栗，两两相视，面目并青，咸曰：‘太子甚神，乃如是也。’皆前作礼，叩头求哀：‘愿赦我罪，共还入宫，到父王所。’慕魄曰：‘今已见弃，不宜复还也。汝径自往，白王令知。’仆即奔驰，白王如是。其母哀伤，使人问状，仆曰：‘太子甚神，开口一言，真惊恐人，闻者皆扰，行者满道。’王则愕然，且喜且悲，深怪所以。
“王与夫人，便共骖驾，往迎太子；国民大小，莫不驰动，观瞻满道。咸曰：‘太子类如欲见神形。’王未到顷，慕魄心即自念：‘当学道耳，适发此意。’天帝释即为化作园观浴池，众果树木，快乐无比。慕魄即便脱去著身好衣、珠宝，转作道人，被服俨然。
“王前欲到，逢见慕魄在树下坐。慕魄见王来到，即起迎逆，王为作礼。慕魄则曰：‘大王就坐。’王闻慕魄语言音声，威神光景，震动天地，绝无双比，即大欢喜，便晓慕魄：‘共还入国，居位理政，吾请避退。’
“慕魄曰：‘不可，不可！我以畏厌地狱勤苦，愁毒万端。吾昔曾更作此国王，名曰须念，以正法治国，奉行诸善，二十五年鞭杖不行，刀兵不设，牢狱无系者。惠施仁爱，恩流德布，救济穷乏，无所贪惜。虽有此行，犹犯微阙，终堕地狱，六万余岁；蒸煮剥裂，痛酷难忍，求死不得，欲生不得。当尔之时，父母在处，虽有资财，亿载无数，富而且贵，快乐无极。宁能知我在彼，地狱拷治剧乎？岂复能来分取我身苦痛？不也。
“‘我所以堕罪者何？往昔作此大国王时，小国王附庸诸域，皆悉统属。王性慈仁，其德至淳，法令不严，诸小国王皆轻慢易，咸共谋议：“今此大王谨善软弱，威禁不摄，德不堪任统御大国；当共攻伐，废退之耳。”即举兵众来攻大国。时王须念，逆以珍奇财宝，皆赐遗之，复以重官厚禄抚顺慰喻，诱而安之。即皆止息，各还本国。如是未久，复来攻伐，数数非一。大国群僚，咸共嗔恚，上白大王：“诸小臣国，愚戆无义，不虑罪衅，数为慢突。造成悖逆，触犯尊上，令民驰扰，警备不息。当应诛讨，以除寇害。”王曰：“为民父母，当务仁化，恕己育物，危命济众；彼犹婴孩，愍其无识，以渐诱导，不忍加害也。”王怀弘慈，普哀物命，永无诛伐之心。群臣不忍数为属城小国所见陵易，忿不顾难，窃私举兵，讨伐诸国，即大残杀人民。
“‘大王闻之，甚用悲痛，为之雨泪，皆为诸国死亡人民持服，犹丧其子，矜愍无极。诸小国王见大国王，慈心矜念人民乃尔，即皆降伏来归附之。其来归附者，大王则为施设厨膳，大官设膳，皆须烹杀牛羊六畜，以具众味。烹宰之时，辄当先白。王心虽慈，事不获已，顉头可之。缘是得罪，勤苦如是。每一念之，心甚怀寒，衣毛为竖，身体则为虚冷汗出。我所以不语者，追忆过世所更吉凶、安危、成败，恐复与会，故结舌不语至十三岁，冀以静默，免瑕脱秽，出度尘劳，永辞于俗，不与厄会。适复念欲闭口不语，而当为王所见生埋，恐王后时，复得是殃，一入地狱无有出期。我意不欲令王得罪，故复语耳。徒欲为道，守意无为，不乐为王也。人居世间，恍惚若梦，室家欢娱，须臾间耳。计命无几，忧畏延长，乐少苦多，众恼万端。是以智者，以国、财宝、恩爱为累，众欲为尘。使我为王，当复憍泆贪求快意，令民忧烦，为天下之大患也。故欲除忧，弃离尘累，反流索源，拯济未度。生世如寄，无一可怙，年衰岁移，老命促疾，不可逡蠕，去道日远。不贪富贵，不重珍宝，弃捐世荣，思想大道，高翔远逝，自济于世。’
“父王曰：‘当那可尔，汝为智者，当原不及，不可便尔，故弃我去。’王心悲喜，深悔所为。
“太子复曰：‘何闻父子，生而相弃？恩爱已乖，骨肉已离，为行己愆，不可听观。屈苦相迎，徒益劳烦。’父闻子语，见其志固，罔然失厝，惭愧忸怩，无辞可对。
“王曰：‘如汝前世作国王时，奉行诸善，才有小失，非所忆知，而尚受罪，勤苦乃尔。今我治国不奉正法，既无微善，反是逐非，憍贵自恣，纯行危殆，罪当何赀耶？’便放太子听行学道。太子于是弃国捐王，不慕人物，一心专精，念道修德，功勋累积，遂至成佛。佛已得道，复度十方诸天人民，不可称计，无央数劫，不以为劳，菩萨所更勤苦如是。”
佛言：“尔时，太子者，我身是也；父王者，今现我父阅头檀是；母者，摩耶是；尔时相师婆罗门者，调达是；时仆者，阿若拘邻五人是也。诸欲为道者，皆当承顺佛教，无犯经戒；为道虽苦，胜在三恶道、八难处也。违戒犯禁，后堕恶道，得脱为人，当生贫苦，或作奴婢，愿不自由；奉戒行善，三尊可得。”
佛说如是，诸比丘众、诸天人民，莫不欢喜，为佛作礼。

Sorry I did not let you know I left Cambodia to Lao, because my student Mekhao (Nun) 80 year old, her condition was very serious, so I need to be around to support her before she leave the world with trust and mindful to transfer to Paradise “The Best Hospital” to continue to HEAL “Practise” until she can completely get rid of 3 Poison (Desire, Hatred & Ignorance) to achieve Non-attachment. But good news Mekhao today look alot better...she's happy and smiling, but the day I arrived she was so weak that's why I cancelled ticket to Singapore for Allan's Mother's Funeral.
Thank you for understanding that my aim is to bring the TRUE TEACHINGS OF BUDDHA to humanity and this time to Cambodia. My heart of love and care and my character of Honesty is the way we practice to achieve Holy Stage and attain Buddhahood in future.
This is the first Khmer New Year that I am in Mountain Path. First 3 days, a thousand people came to look for God and Buy Luck, but I feel so sorry NO ONE is SEARCHING FOR THE DHAMMA. On top of that, 2 officers spent 3 days sitting beside 2 Donation Boxes, one in the Cave and another in front of Buddha without asking permission from Sangha to put his big BOX in the front of temple box at Buddha seat. No one has a right to use anything people Dana to Triple Gem, not even the King or Prime Minister. Even they have to make offerings themselves for their own and country's merits. The 2 officers are very impolite and greedy, they only know MONEY GOD.
The POOR people come to invest in them and they make use of the poor people's wrong view to make wrong livelihood. They cannot BEAR if they read the Sutra in which Buddha talk to the King about one who takes all the eyes and hands and legs of all beings 10 direction, the Sin is still less than taking the Dana to the Dhamma Teacher “The One Who Deliver Truth by Action". But with my heart of Love, I asked 2 Novice Monks to let him know He should ask the monk for permission, otherwise His SIN is very Weighty, but He replied that I should come to meet him, so I come up then full prostration “Bow” to him yet he did not feel guilty or shameful. After 3 days, my followers reported that the collections in Donation Box was 88,000riel (US$22), which I asked Burnt Girl “Davy Lim” to offer to them and the whole event was captured on video to show THEY ARE SO GREEDY FOR MONEY and so poor in Morality.
Paul, you studied overseas and travel to developed countries. You see and learn how they live with less Cheating and Corruption and that makes the country better, not only materially, but knowledge too. I am sorry to hear that in this country, 99.9% officers are corrupt and without bribery, things DO NOT WORK…because their Salary is not enough for their living. But I cannot go against the WILL of Universe King “Buddha”, and Temples and Churches are Holy Places that cannot be turned upside down by unholy mind and unholy act. If you can help to get Permit to build our Monastery and Quan Yin Bodhisattava Image without Bribery, that is very great merit for the country and citizens, otherwise we have to step out as it is against my morals to teach about virtue and integrity on one hand, and on the other hand, be forced to give in to Corruption.
On my trip to Lao, I left Phnom Penh at 6.45am and reached the border of Lao by 5.00pm. I see the vast land of Cambodia like Africa, but the country is so poor because of the lack of Morality, even in Religion, that is why the citizens cannot gain merit even though each day more than 10,000 monks go on Alms Round but their mind is pre-occupied with Money and Hungry for Money which goes against the teachings of Buddha. When Sangha go for Alm, their mind must concentrate and be pure, without greed and attachment. But I see that their Bowls are full of Money, that is like the devotees planting Seeds in the Salt Farm, the Dhamma Seed will never grow and bear fruit because the Sangha break Precept and is not on the Right Path of Liberation. But no one is strong enough to open their mouth to say out the TRUTH for the benefit of many.
A good example of the importance of Morality is Singapore...it is a small country yet so rich and developed because it is safe and clean as the Government does not allow corruption and this attracts foreign investors.
Anyway, if we cannot get Legal Permit WITHOUT CORRUPTION to build the Monastery and Quan Yin Bodhisattva Image, we will have no other choice but to LET GO and leave the Mountain Path. The Quan Yin Bodhisattva is holy. If we have to build the holy statue, we must not give in to corruption and bribery but to apply for legal permit according to the Buddha’s teachings. Let this be known to the officials in the country otherwise they will get demerits and suffer the consequences of Kamma.
10 months ago, before I came & billion years later, the Mountain is still the Mountain, it is "Non - Self", we learn to live without attachment. The only difference is whether there is a Teacher there to share the True Teachings of Buddha to wake the Government and citizens up to see The TRUTH and teach them how they can build up their inner and outer merits to get out of poverty. We offer to the country and citizens the better way to build the TRUE TEMPLE OF LOVE in the body and heart of Burnt Girl “Davy Lim”, that is better than building 100 temples and outer Image if it has to be done with not right view- "Bribery".
Our Monastery in Lao is in the poorest village, the people moved here 8 years ago from Vientiane. The Abbot reported to me that few nights ago, He and 2 Novice Monks caught a THIEF who came to our Vihara to steal the iron for Dhamma Hall construction. He tied the THIEF up and reported to local government, but BAD LUCK for him, the THIEF is the brother-in-law of the local government officer! I was concerned HE will take revenge, and True enough, when Abbot brought all passports for registration (foreigners staying at Monastery need to be registered), they gave us permission to stay for only 3 days and after complaining, gave 7 days even though we have one month Visa and last year I was there for 3 months Vassa.
After they reported I am at Monastery, 4 higher immigration officers came to make trouble again. Luckily they see by their eye the Mekhao "Nun" very ill and just in time to return to Temple in the hand of her grand son, and they did not create more trouble. Otherwise how can our mother earth BEAR their Sinfull Act?.
At the Dhamma talk I say: The brother-in-law of the Thief and government should thank the Abbot and 2 Novice Monks for Catching the THIEF and hopefully the THIEF can realise his mistake and change, that makes the poor village and country better. But because his "Desire" Wife is unhappy that her brother was tied up, he takes revenge without second thought.
I explain to them that if I was there, I will not TIE the boy “Thief” but will give him some bananas or apples and give him the best lecture for him to understand that the SIN of stealing 7 treasures of gold, silver, diamond, etc and occupying all the land of 100,000 planets is less than stealing anything from Triple Gem, even a needle. The Sin is so weighty and the country leader or family members have to educate them. Even worse is Coruption in Holy place, this will cause them to be reborn with no legs and hands and move by stomach like snake and earth worm.
Anyway, we understand everything depends on affinity and Kamma. Heart For Peace Mission built one Bodhisattva Image in Khao Lak for Tsunami victims in 2007 and another one in Lao in 2010. When we heard that 450 people died in the bridge stampede in Phnom Penh in Nov 2010, we try to offer another Image of Universal Compassion Quan Yin Bodhisattva for the benefit of the country and bless the 1.8 million people who died and 700,000 missing during Pol Pot Regime.
Wish you and family well and happy, and hope every day we avoid bad, do good and purify our mind. That is true charity to help ourselves and world citizens to live in harmony to bring true happinese and peace to all.

Thanks for your email and happy to receive your call but I was talking with the children of the Mekhao (Nun) who is ill when you called.
I am sorry I cannot go to Singapore to conduct prayers for Allan's Mother & share the Food of Truth with his family & friends because the condition of the Mekhao does not allow me to leave Lao as I am the "Spiritual Doctor" and need to be around when She changes new Vehicle.
These days, very few have the chance to get the right support before they depart. The chance of meeting a True Monk is very rare. Most Funeral Monks and other Religions make use of the Dead Body for business and profit, then who knows where is the Soul of others if they don't know themselves.
It is important for us to learn and practise the Path of Liberation and get rid of our 3 Poisons- Desire, Hatred and Ignorance when we are still alive. If we cannot achieve some Holy Stage this life, we need to transfer to Paradise to continue our practice in the Long Life Land of Amitabha Buddha till we attain Non-Attachment (Arahant).
The Mekhao has given her life to Triple Gem and her Merits have given her the rare chance of having a True Monk, her Spiritual Father, to be there to give support and guide her at her last breath which is the most important. Once a person changes Vehicle (departs), inviting chanting and business Monks to chant is useless. When I attend and conduct prayers for the departed, my main purpose is to be there to teach the living by sharing the Food of Truth, the Truth of Impermanence or VIP (Very Impermanent Person) with the family and friends of the departed. The Merits of turning the Wheel of TRUTH can be transferred to the departed.
This is the Dhamma-ending age and while going for Alms round, I see that many people do not know that Monks cannot touch money and they Dana Money. If Buddha and His Messenger "Jesus" appear on earth and everyone Dana money, how can they have food for the Vehicle “Body” to deliver the Truth? They will be chased out of Temple and Church because when they say out the TRUTH, they will break the rice bowls of temples and churches. Our Teacher does not allow us to mix RELIGION and POLITICS. Matthew 10.9 and Precept number 10".
Soon we will have another video about Corrupt Officers and Monks to share with the world and hope the Cambodian King and Government and POOR countries can learn how to build back outer and inner merits for their citizens and the world members. When the THIEF and LEGAL THIEF 100% HEAL IN THEIR MIND, that is the treasure and property of the country. They will then lead better lives with Morality and when they cannot breathe anymore, they will have better rebirths and not reincarnate as Snake and Earth Worm without hands and legs and moving by their stomach...

When I returned to the Vihara (Monastery) after visiting the Nun last night, a beautiful yellow butterfly appeared. It flew to Buddha, to my head and nose, then to the 3 Novice Monks. This is a good sign from Above, like you saw when we just arrived at the Mountain and Heaven's Messenger appeared to welcome us.
This year it is very very HOT here and I worry my body cannot stand as you know when we were in Cambodia, but because of the Nun, I must be strong and cannot give way for Mr VIP.

Since my return back from the mountain spending valuable time with you at the Monastery I have been feeding my Business associate of my MIA (Missing in Action ) and the things I do and seen towards self Liberation and taste a few dew drops of the road to enlightenment ( The narrow gap ), I was surprised that some of my Business associate are keen to want to know more. I will be giving them your books etc. Most cannot take the Ritual of only one meal a day before noon and the monastery routine needless to say the many hours of solitude meditation.
As a matter of fact one of my closest Business associate ( A young entrepreneur Billionaire from Hong Kong ) last night have ask me to take him to the Monastery.
Through your teaching the blind eyes of Ignorance is slowly opening and you be rest assure I am one of your warrior.
Master, your senses, taste of wisdom smell of corruption among corrupted monks, and Govt officials and what you see and hear is nothing but the TRUTH.....I was there on Alms round and see the Ignorance versus Truth and how the people treat Monks as God which is not the right thing to do. I was there to humbly learn from you the art of LIBERATION and the way to Enlightenment. I was there to reverse my physical human eyes in ward to see inside me the BIRTHMARK of our Ignorance since we were born. I was there at the time when the weather was extremely treacherous being Hot. Humid and cold at night.
Master Bhikkhu , I shall return and hopefully I can do some day a 3 weeks meditation with you without food ...I will hold my tongue to it until such time I am ready.

FOOD OF TRUTH FOR NEW YEAR
Paul and Family with Truth!
Happy New Year and wish you and your family all the best and all citizens of the country can get the FOOD OF TRUTH this new year.
This is the first time I am in Cambodia for NEW YEAR. Today is the first day of the new year but I see that alot of people come to the Mountain for LUCK, not in search of the Path of Liberation.
They look at the MONK as GOD and use MONEY to BUY MERITS but I DO NOT SELL like other CORRUPT or PLASTIC MONK. I am here to show the way to practise on the Path of Liberation by sharing the True Teachings of Buddha. Merits cannot be bought or traded, we need to cultivate our Loving Compassion, live with Morality and practise to earn MERITS.
A MAN who looks like an officer or Army came today carrying two DONATION BOXES and his behavior was so IMPOLITE. He showed that he was very very HUNGRY for MONEY. We were SHOCKED when He did not ask for PERMISSION and removed the Temple BOX and replaced with His BOX. Out of love and respect, I asked a Monk and Novice to tell him nicely but He asked Me to see him... This turned the MAN to ANGER and EGO. He does not know he cannot bear the Bad Karma if he were to get the MONEY from True Heart of Devotees.
Many old and young showed they did not understand or act according to RIGHT VIEW but were following the BLIND PATH. Luckily our young NOVICE MONKS taught them a very good lesson by their True Act when they REJECTED MONEY offered to them. From this, everyone learnt the Precept that Monks are NOT ALLOWED TO TOUCH MONEY.

JESUS: He looked up and saw rich people putting their gifts into the treasury; he also saw a poor widow put in two small copper coins. He said, “Truly I tell you, this poor widow has put in more than all of them; for all of them have contributed out of their abundance, but she out of her poverty has put in all she had to live on.” Luke 21.1-4
BUDDHA: Giving is the noble expression of the benevolence of the mighty. Even dust, given in childish innocence, is a good gift. No gift that is given in good faith to a worthy recipient can be called small; its effect is so great. Jatakamala 3.23
Hope we can help the country and citizens to build up INNER and OUTER MERIT with RIGHT UNDERSTANDING and DEVELOP OUR WISDOM, that is our TREASURE and PROPERTY that will not only benefit as when we are still on earth, but we can carry along even after we depart.
